Project: Custom Corporate Branded Spiral Notebooks
- Customer Profile:AFRICA is a German company that needed high-quality branded notebooks for a global board meeting.
- Business challenge or need:The client required custom professional spiral notebooks, with the coil color to be precisely matched to the hardcover color of their brand design. They also requested individual packaging, custom inner pockets, and inner pages with both German and English fonts.
- Customized solution:The client only provided cover and logo artwork files. Our designers helped create print-ready digital files, and we produced 10,000 premium spiral notebooks. We developed a custom metal coating process to ensure the double coils perfectly matched the cover color. The covers were made of 300g cardboard, complemented by a gold foil-stamped logo.
- Results & Benefits:The premium quality of the finished products left a deep impression on board members, and the unique brand-colored coils became a major highlight. We have since established a long-term cooperative business relationship with the client.

- Do you provide samples?Yes, multiple samples are available. Shipping fees are to be borne by the customer.
- Do you offer different page layouts/formats?Yes. We offer four common page layouts: ruled (standard 8.5mm line spacing), grid (5mm squares), dot grid, and blank.
- What are your terms of payment?30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery. 30% deposit, the balance L/C. 100% in advance. Western Union/Paypal.
- Will the coil rust over time? Will pages fall out?Rust prevention: The coil is made of nylon-coated metal, which resists rust under normal daily use. Page retention: The bound coil ends are bent/closed securely, so pages won't come off even with forceful pulling.
- After tearing out a page, will the edge be jagged like a sawtooth?We use micro-perforated tear lines. Just tear gently along the dotted line to get a clean edge without leaving any paper residue.
- What are the product's environmental standards?Eco-friendly materials and certified production standards make the notebooks ideal for high-end gifts, office use, and professional applications.
